This workshop incorporates competencies and learnings from many leadership sources gathered and refined over the past ten years. Many of the skills and tools are "getting back to basics", while others address the issues that are unique to today's environment.

    In 10 hours over a 5 week period of time, you will become a more powerful attractor and influencer of people who will follow your lead. You will learn to model transformation and be a catalyst for change.

    This workshop incorporates several coaching and mentoring models that are effective and fun. It includes best practices from several coaching disciplines in a concise, stimulating package geared to help you be a more effective leader.

    This course is limited to twenty participants, and includes:
